Pj Camacho, known in the gaming world as OG GetEm, is the founder of xBEMx Gaming and owner of Big Dawgz Streetwear. Two brands built on culture, community, and the relentless mindset of becoming your best self. Born from a rough upbringing and shaped by the responsibility of fatherhood, Pj turned his experiences into fuel, choosing to lead with positivity, discipline, and Big Dawg energy.
In 2018, he founded Blast Effect Mafia on PlayStation, bringing together a group of gamers who struggled to find confidence and direction. Through leadership, motivation, and a streetsmart mentality, he pushed them to keep their heads high, trust their grind, and never fold under pressure. That mindset carried the team to an undefeated first year and the title of Battlegrounds Tournament Champions for America’s Army: Proving Grounds. It was the moment OG GetEm proved that belief, discipline, and unity could turn underdogs into champions.
As the team evolved, Blast Effect Mafia grew into xBEMx Gaming, a full gaming squad founded on vibes, connection, and the love of competition. Win, lose, or draw, xBEMx was always about the experience. Over the years, the team became a family, staying connected even as life pulled some members away from gaming. The bond remained, because the mission was always bigger than the game.
Today, Pj continues to build that same energy into his brand, Big Dawgz Streetwear, and into his role as a father. With his sons now older, he leads by example, teaching them confidence, resilience, and the Big Dawg mindset that helped shape his own journey.
